Our Class Program Our classes are designed to be a fun, engaging, and empowering experience. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect: Learn a Wide Range of Moves You'll learn about 70 famous hip-hop moves throughout our program. We keep things fresh and fun by setting these moves to upbeat rock and roll or swing music, which our students absolutely love. Embrace a Feminine Style Next, we put a new spin on those hip-hop moves by adding a Latin and Jazz twist, creating a more feminine and sultry feel. We use beautiful, medium-paced acoustic melodies for this section, giving you the perfect opportunity to focus on hip action and proper form. Our students find this part of the class to be a real moment of flow, where they can completely lose themselves in the movements and music. Empowering Choreography We end each class with a choreographed routine set to powerful songs that celebrate women's empowerment. We choose tracks like "Moving on Up," "I'm Every Woman," and "Thunderstruck" to help you feel strong, confident, and inspired.
