Welcome to Our Water Aerobics Training Group.

A Small, Safe Space to Move, Laugh, and Refresh Your Day Whether you’re retired or a working professional, we invite you to join our welcoming, friendly group for fun and effective water aerobics. Step into a space designed for complete aquatic immersion, featuring a heated indoor pool maintaining pool temperatures of 30 - 32 in Winter and 29 - 31 in Summer– a rare privilege for most. This is a place to find healing in the water.

Training in Water is Fun

Let go of any self-consciousness and break free from old stereotypes! Water has a long-standing reputation for bringing joy, fun, and a sense of calm. A unique benefit of being in the water is the ability to fall and stumble safely. The water supports your body, allowing you to practice and re-establish your balance in a forgiving environment. It's a journey of self-discovery that's both refreshing and incredibly enjoyable.

Pricing:

Standard Rates:
1 lesson per week: R400 per month
2 lessons per week: R700 per month
For Retired Individuals:
1 lesson per week: R350 per month (discounted rate)

Times in Mornings:
Tuesdays 7h40 and Thursdays 7h40 (depending on class participants)
Tuesdays 8h30 and Thursdays 8h30
Evenings:
Evening classes 6pm on Fridays
