A Small, Safe Space to Move, Laugh, and Refresh Your Day Whether you’re retired or a working professional, we invite you to join our welcoming, friendly group for fun and effective water aerobics. Step into a space designed for complete aquatic immersion, featuring a heated indoor pool maintaining pool temperatures of 30 - 32 in Winter and 29 - 31 in Summer– a rare privilege for most. This is a place to find healing in the water.
