This Section of the Class serves a s a Warm-up,
Learning Footwork used in House Dance and gives one a cardio workout
For those whom struggle with Co-ordination we use Co-ordination Drills that are fun and allow you to learn and achieve through teaching aids and drills
2nd - 20 minutes of Class Body Movement,
Hip Hop and Jazz/Latin Style
Participants Learn to Name a Few Famous Hip Hop Dance Moves and Jazz and Latin it up.
