We make core strength training fun and exciting through a variety of holding exercises. The inherent nature of these holds allows you to zero in on your weaker areas, making it simpler to gain strength and boost your confidence. Furthermore, when you hold a pose and develop body awareness, the practice becomes deeply meditative, requiring both physical and mental focus.

The Euphoric Release of Forward Folds

When we perform poses where the head is lowered, such as forward folds or certain inversions, we encourage blood flow to the brain. We hold these poses for up to a minute, and as you gently come out of them, many people experience a feeling of absolute euphoria. This is due to two main reasons: firstly, the increased circulation of blood to the head, and secondly, the sense of accomplishment from holding a position that requires both strength and flexibility for an extended period.

This practice greatly aids in promoting calmness and relaxation, often helping to alleviate feelings of depression.
